carousel implements new vaccination policy

Effective September 10, 2021 Carousel Dance Centre Inc. requires all program participants ages 12 years and older to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This policy applies to adult caregivers participating in the “You & Me” dance program as well as adults who will remain in the building with children during pre-school programs. Proof of vaccination can be shown at the first class or may be e-mailed in advance of participation to [email protected].  Once seen and noted in our system, vaccination records will not be kept on file.
