Carousel offers weekly dance classes for seniors! Ballet and modern/movement classes are offered on Monday & Thursday mornings. Come experience the joy of dance with us. These classes are specifically designed for ages 55+.
Keep your body moving and soul grooving through these weekly classes. Whether you are completely new to dance or have been dancing throughout your life, these classes are designed for you to dance within your comfort zone while gently expanding your movement expression. Even if you have some creaks, you are always supported to dance in a way that works for your body, mind and soul. |

Monday 9:30-10:30am Fall Term (12 weeks) – Sept 15-Dec 8 *no class Oct 13 Winter Term (12 weeks) – Jan 12-April 13 *no class Feb 16 & March 16 Spring Term (6 weeks) - April 20-June 1 *no class May 18 Cost: $225+HST per term (fall & winter terms)/$115 (spring term) Modern/Movement Thursday 9:30-10:30am Fall Term (12 weeks) – Sept 18-Dec 4 Winter Term (12 weeks) – Jan 15-April 9 *no class March 19 Spring Term (6 weeks) - April 23-May 28 Cost: $225+HST per term (fall & winter)/$115 per term (spring) Register for both Monday & Thursday classes and receive $50 off fall & winter terms and $25 off spring term |
