Fees are calculated based on total hours of classes enrolled in per week. Discounts for multiple hours are factored into the fee schedule.
REGISTRATION FEE: A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 + HST per student or $40 + HST per family is due at the time of registration. FAMILY DISCOUNT: Each additional family member receives an 15% reduction in fees. Discount applies to the child/children enrolled in the lower number of hours of dance per week. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Fees are due in 3 installments. Term 1 Fees due: August 11th, 2025 Term 2 Fees due: November 10th, 2025 Term 3 Fee due: January 30th, 2026 MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN: Monthly payment plans can be arranged upon request. There is a $25.00+HST administrative fee for setting up a monthly payment plan. REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds or credits provided for any reason other than severe, prolonged illness or injury. Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable. Class cancellation requests must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to fee due dates or you will be held responsible for the cost of fees for the term. In the event that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer in-person classes, our classes and programming will be delivered through live on-line instruction and refunds/credits will not be issued. |
