holly linkert BA, Bed
Holly is excited to share and collaborate with the students and teachers at Carousel Dance Centre. She is a fully certified ADAPT Jazz and Tap educator, and completed her ballet training through the RAD. Originally from Waterloo, Holly trained at the Waterloo Dance Centre. Professionally, Holly performed as a signer/dancer with International Entertainment (Regal Cruise Lines) and Jean Ann Ryan Productions (Norwegian Cruise Lines), where she also took on roles as Dance captain and Company manager. Throughout her dance journey, she was involved in a variety of Dance organizations and Non-profit dance companies such as DanceOntario and Ballet Creole (Toronto) where she organized membership and fundraising programs. Holly has taught at various competitive and non-competitive dance studios throughout Ontario. She has been awarded various choreography and overall awards at National and International competitions. In 2001, she graduated from King’s College at the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History. After completing Teachers College, she earned her Career Development Practitioners Post-graduate certificate from Conestogo College. Currently, she is a dance and Cooperation Educator with the WRDSB at Eastwood Collegiate in Kitchener, as well as a member of the Content & Learning Advisory Committee with CERIC.
