summer program refund policy

If a minimum of 30 days notice is provided to cancel program registration, a full refund less a $15 administrative fee will be provided.  If 2 weeks notice is provided to cancel program registration, a 50% refund will be provided.  No program refunds are provided with less than 2 weeks notice to cancel a program, unless the program cancellation is due to illness or injury.
