ROSEMARIE HARRIS - BA, ARAD, RAD TC

Rosemarie Harris has been sharing her passion for ballet with dance students for more than 40 years.  She holds a degree in arts philosophy from the University of Toronto, her ARTC from the Toronto Royal Conservatory in Piano Performance and spent several years working as a professional visual artist before beginning her dance teaching career.  Rosemarie’s own dance training includes work with Elizabeth Patterson and Pat McCloud and she successfully completed Advanced level examinations in RAD Ballet, ISTD Modern Theatre Dance as well as Intermediate ISTD National Dance.  She completed her RAD teaching certification with the Royal Academy of Dance and regularly attends professional development courses through the Royal Academy of Dance and National Ballet School.  With a focus on vocational graded exams, Rosemarie is keen to help dancers to find the one thing that makes everything else easy as they become certain about their dance foundations.  Rosemarie is thrilled to return to Carousel this fall to continue to share her passion for dance with her students.
