december 6th lunch orders

Hello Dancers,
Attached is the lunch order form for Dec 6, the day of the Nutcracker
show. We will be having Subworx sub/wraps again and have to hand in the
order 1 week in advance, so the deadline for the dropping off the forms
at Carousel is Sunday, Nov 29, at 7 pm (after the last Nutcracker
rehearsals that day).
